All retainers for services are non refundable and non transferable. No Exceptions. All Products sold on our website are nonrefundable. No Exceptions. Please be advised that I am a traveling makeup artist for each appointment that is booked there will be a $20 travel fee that will be due with you’re remaining service balance.
