USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee the replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS. Pink Mansion Beauty is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect shipping information

Please be sure to fill out all shipping and billing information truthfully and accurately, Pink Mansion Beauty is not liable or responsible for any mistakes made for incorrect shipping information that is inputted in by the customer. If you noticed you put in the wrong information or forgot to add important information please email us directly after purchasing at pinkmansionbeauty@gmail.com so that we can update the information for you. Failure to do so can result in your products being delivered to the incorrect address. No refunds will be given for incorrect information.
