Damaged or Incorrect Items  

Due to all sales being FINAL once you've purchased please be sure that you type the CORRECT mailing and billing information in. We will not be held responsible or able to resend any product due to incorrect spelling or incorrect information entered. All of our products are NON REFUNDABLE and are final sale. The only exchanges we  will consider are defective products that have been fulfilled incorrectly. Please proof all information before submitting payment and entering shipping information. pink mansion beauty is not responsible for re sending out any new packages for misspelled words in shipping address and numbers that are entered incorrectly during the checkout process.,

 

Shipping & Handling

Processing time typically  takes between 1-7 business days (Monday-Friday). We ship to all 50 states in the United States. Once your order has been processed please allow 1-4 Business days for your package to be delivered. 

 

 

International Shipping 

We currently only ship to the U.S. we are working on our international dolls next!

 
How long will it take to get my makeup done?
Depending on the type of service you choose for your makeup session, services can take anywhere from 35 minutes or longer.​​
 
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, We require the full payment at the time of booking. A invoice will be sent via email to your email address with the total amount due (or) you may be sent a cash app request as well. Failure to make deposit will result in appointment not being valid. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE! Please be sure to plan ahead for weather conditions when scheduling your appointment. If you happen to schedule an appointment during severe weather conditions we will reschedule your appointment to a new date but payment will not be
Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment?
The only thing you will need to bring to your appointment is a clean face and arched/clean eyebrows. If you have a particular or favorite eyelash style or particular foundation you may bring that along as well.​
Do you travel?
Yes, There will be a $15 travel fee for me to travel to your location.
How do I schedule my appointment?
To schedule your appointment, click on the "Book Online" tab and choose the service you would like to receive
What if i'm running late to my appointment?
If your running late to your appointment and are more than 10 minutes late or if I arrive to the designated location that you request me to do your makeup at there will be a $10 late fee applied to your service.
**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY**
Due to our heavy booking volume, please make sure you ONLY bring YOURSELF to your appointment (No children or extra guest) and please keep cellphone up unless necessary so that we can provide our undivided attention to you! 
***LIABILITY: All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Most makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition(s) or serious health issues should be reported to the makeup artist prior to application. If requested, a test sample of makeup may be performed on the skin to test possible reactions. By paying your deposit Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist (Barbie Melvin) from all legality/liability for any skin complications due to skin and/or allergic reactions. All deposits are non refundable!
